    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a cutting tool capable of precisely holding the cutting tool at a proper position, increasing tightening force of the cutting tool and forming itself small and compact.
      SOLUTION: A collet 4 is inserted into the inside of a first inner peripheral surface 2c of a holder main body 2, and a holding part 3a of the cutting tool 3 is made to enter the inside of an axial direction hole 5b of a collet control member 5 by passing it through a tool through hole of the holder main body 2 and a through hole of the collet 4. The collet control member 5 is inserted into the inside of the first inner peripheral surface 2c of the holder main body 2, and a male screw 5d of the collet control member 5 is screwed into a female screw 2g of the holder main body 2. Consequently, the collet 4 is firmly pressurized, and the collet b4 firmly holds the holding part 3a by large tightening force. An upper end of the holder 1 for the cutting tool firmly holding the cutting tool 3 is mounted on a machine tool.

A crystal body is inserted in each section in a manner to be in a tight contact with the both partitions in this holding container. A plurality of slits 4a, 4b spaced a distance are formed at positions where the thin cylindrical tube 4 in contact with the partitions. Inner end parts of the partitions are fitted and welded in the slits. At an intersection of the diaphragms, slits 12b, 15a are formed in the partitions to extend in the radial direction. Tongue parts 15b connect the both partitions.

The honeycomb plate 1 made using a flat plate is bent by lifting the lifting frame up gradually due to the activation of the drive mechanism 5.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the cause of separation by removing the inner cylinder of a spool after a superconducting coil has been impregnated with a synthetic resin and fixed. CONSTITUTION:An inner cylinder 1 is formed by combining split bodies 1a of an inner cylinder 1 and flanges 2 are fitted to the outer periphery at the opposite ends thereof and at the same time, a spool 4 is formed by fitting a holding nut 3 to the inner periphery. The holding nuts 3 are fitted to the inner periphery of the inner cylinder 1 at the opposite ends thereof and held in place with the inner diameter thereof being enlarged. A superconducting wire 8 is wound on the inner cylinder 1 in multistage and the wire 8 is impregnated with a synthetic resin and secured in place. In this case, when the superconducting wire 8 is made of Nb3Sn, for example, after heat treatment at temperature of about 700 deg.C, the wire is fixed by impregnating with the synthetic resin. The inner cylinder 1 can be taken away easily by removing the holding nut 3 after the superconducting wire 8 has been impregnated with the synthetic resin and fixed and then removing each split body 1a of the inner cylinder 1 and drawing the inner cylinder 1 in the axial direction.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid a concentration of the stress on a weld zone to require a seal and to improve the strength of the weld zone and the safety by fitting a strap plate to cover a welded joint of base metals on step parts formed to clad layers and welding an indentation part between a side part of the strap plate and the step parts. CONSTITUTION:A part of the tip of the clad layers 1 such as titanium, etc., is removed to form the step parts 8 and a welding groove is formed with the 2nd step part with the base metals exposed on the tip of the step parts 8. After the welded joint to connect the base metals mutually by the welding groove is formed, filler metal 11 consisting of titanium, etc., is mounted on the welded joint and the 2nd step part to cover these and next, an interval between the filler metal 11 and thin clad layers 9 is tack-welded and afterward, the strap plate 12 consisting of titanium, etc., is mounted on the 1st step parts 8 and the filler metal 11. Then, the butt-welding is performed by the indentation part formed between the side part of the strap part 12 and the 1st step parts 8 which is connected in a plane state with the surface of the clad layers 1 to avoid the concentration of the stress on the weld part.
